The 3D VISION EXAMINATION (POLA TEST) is a special diagnostic method in which we assess the current condition of your eyes. After determining the diopter, we examine the binocular cooperation of the two eyes — that is, the balance of the six pairs of eye muscles.
3D VISION TESTING is a special examination method that assesses the current condition of your eye, followed by a dioptric assessment of the combined function of the two eyes, i.e. the balance of the six pairs of eye muscles. In many cases, we get a complete picture of the asymmetrical functioning of the eye muscles, which may be due to the fact that our two eyes, like the two sides of our face, are not perfectly symmetrical. If, however, the imbalance goes beyond the physiological level, the symptoms are: headache, sensitivity to light, red eyes, eye and eye-ring pain, burning eyes, tearing, difficulty reading, fatigue. These symptoms are usually the result of a long history of constant exertion, which can occur at a very early age or even at an older age!
Thanks to the special test charts, the examination takes 45–60 minutes.
The examination can also provide explanations for a number of subjective complaints with ophthalmic origins. These may include headaches, migraines, reading or concentration difficulties, fatigue, and irritability — all of which can interfere with your work and daily life. During the vision test, any detected issues are corrected with an appropriate prism lens, which must be worn consistently. Getting used to it may be challenging, but in many cases the reduction or complete disappearance of symptoms more than compensates for the effort, resulting in a significant improvement in quality of life.
The specialised 3D VISION EXAMINATION is followed by the 3D EYE MEASUREMENT. The 3D EYE MEASUREMENT is performed using the iTerminal, a computerised centration device developed specifically for this type of assessment.
The device analyses head and eye movement parameters in real time and in a personalised way, making it possible to create individually manufactured lenses that perfectly adapt to the wearer’s visual habits. The measurement evaluates 10 different personalised parameters related to the user’s visual behaviour, and lenses customised in this way provide far more precise, higher-contrast vision for you!
The glasses made with us are therefore fully personalised — the lenses can even include your monogram!
